Join us for an intimate six-course dinner celebrating one of the Barossa's most exciting boutique wineries — The Cutting — paired with five of their finest red wines.
We're thrilled to host Belinda van Eyssen, co-founder and winemaker of The Cutting, fresh off being awarded the 2026 Barons of Barossa Winemaker of the Year — one of the region's most prestigious honours, awarded for winemaking excellence and contribution to the Barossa community.
Founded in 2018 on the family's Stone Well vineyard, The Cutting has quickly built a reputation for standout Shiraz, Grenache and Cinsault, earning Decanter scores of 97 points across consecutive vintages and a trophy for Best Varietal Red for their Cinsault — a first for both the variety and the region.
