Tenuta di Arceno Wine Dinner at Forage

Journey to the heart of Tuscany with the Tenuta di Arceno Wine Dinner at Forage, nestled within the lush surrounds of Mandai Rainforest Resort by Banyan Tree. 

Guided by Master Sommelier Pierre-Marie Pattieu, the evening will showcase a selection of celebrated wines from Tenuta di Arceno and Arcanum, paired with a specially curated multi-course menu by Chef Marcus Tan.

For one evening only, discover standout labels including the Tenuta di Arceno Strada al Sasso Chianti Classico Gran Selezione 2020, awarded 95 points by Robert Parker, Il Fauno di Arcanum 2020 and the rare Arcanum Valadorna 2012. 

Each wine will be thoughtfully paired with dishes including seared Hokkaido scallop and roasted duck, showcasing the beautiful flavours of Tuscan wines alongside Forage’s produce-led culinary approach.
