3 Tasting Sessions: 3-4PM, 4-5PM, 5-6PM; Each Session will have a max of 10 people.

Mains: Tuscan Chicken, Grilled Detroit Oink BBQ Chicken, Smoked Chuck Roast, Smoked Pulled Pork. Optional: Smoked Salmon

Sides: Smokehouse Mac & Cheese, Yukon Gold Mashed Potatoes, Whiskey Maple Glazed Carrots, Garlicky Green Beans

Drinks: Desert Pear Lemonade, Iced Water, Coffee Tea
