Having become familiar with the benefits and practices of calm abiding (shamatha), and having laid the foundation of what Emptiness has to offer - how do we enter deeper into the realization of the transitory nature of all phenomena?
Even though we might recognize consciously that self, action, object; friend, enemy, stranger; and all other sense-objects are impermanent and caused, we still sometimes get carried away, believing they exist intrinsically.
Join us for an evening where we address profound and advanced Buddhist topics. Together we will:
📜 cover the less obvious aspects of the Wisdom of Emptiness, and how beneficial practicing it daily can be for our Buddhist Path.
🪷 learn the central, essential role of meditation in realizing Emptiness, and how we can weave it into our Path and our daily lives.
🧘♀️ take part in a guided meditation on the true nature of all phenomena - Emptiness - the only way to cut through the root of suffering
(This session is recommended for individuals with a more advanced understanding of Buddhist Teachings, but anyone curious on the topic is welcomed!)
