Brainspotting opens the door to a sacred realm—a place of profound connection that lives within each of us, between us, and all around us. In this five-day intensive, we will journey together, courageously venturing into the unknown, day after day, with hearts wide open and spirits ready to embrace whatever unfolds.
Within our intimate group of ten participants and myself, you will each experience the transformative power of Brainspotting from both perspectives: once as the client, and once as the therapist. Sitting beside me, we will follow the unique path of each session—the client’s, our own, and the group’s collective journey—while I gently guide the therapist in facilitating deep healing and discovery.
Along with BSP and Parts work, I will also use and teach somatic support (with consent) for each client during their healing work.
In this shared space, we will welcome every feeling, thought, sensation, and memory that surfaces, as well as those that remain hidden—gently cradling parts that have been forgotten, judged or cast aside, nurturing what longs for attention, and encouraging what yearns to be expressed or set free.
We will invite all parts that seek the warmth of the light, while also honouring and giving thanks for the Darkness of the Shadow within us all, recognising its power to teach, heal, and transform.
Here, healing is not only possible—it is inevitable, unfolding in the embrace of our shared humanity and the group's compassionate presence.
Together, we will create a sanctuary of acceptance, where every part of ourselves is cherished, and every experience is met with empathy and gratitude.
