A Silent Escape

Join us for a day of deep rest, while we embark on a journey of silence.

Everyone will have a warm bed to rest in and the day will include yoga, meditation, healing, poetry, journalling and connection to nature and one-self.

Included: lunch (vegan + gluten free), snacks, tea/coffee

What to bring: clothes/shoes for outdoor (walking meditation), a journal, anything you need to be comfy

Leave with: a curated “rest in a box” to take home
