1. Welcome and Introduction

2. Foundations of Chair Yoga

• What is Chair Yoga?

o Definition and principles.

o Understanding the target audience and their needs.

• Overview of chair yoga benefits:

o Accessibility and inclusivity.

o Physical and mental health benefits (e.g., mobility, stress relief).

o Applications in various settings: senior centers, workplaces, or rehabilitation.

• Safety Considerations:

o Assessing mobility levels and contraindications.

o Supporting proper alignment in seated and standing poses.

3. Chair Yoga Poses with Instructions

• Warm-up/Cool-down Poses
