This workshop is a monthly introduction to the immersive 9-week Chakradance™ Freedom Workshop that guides you through a deep-dive journey into your pysche and break free from the patterns and traumas of your past so that you can create the life you want.

The Hohm to Heal Studio is a soft, sacred space I have created in my home to envelope individuals seeking a safe and guided space to search, release trauma, and heal to bridge the gap between their Soul and Self.
❓WHAT is Chakradance™ ?
Chakradance™ is a Journey of Healing and Transformation
Recognized by the International Institute of Complementary Therapists. It is a transformative movement therapy that promotes holistic well-being. Through spontaneous dance set to chakra-resonant music, this practice facilitates the healing and realignment of the mind-body-spirit energy system.
Rooted in somatic therapy, Jungian psychology, and ancient mandala art, Chakradance™ bridges the divide between the inner and outer self, offering a deeply integrative experience.
At the core of Chakradance™ is its music. The seven major chakras serve as energetic gateways, harmonizing body, mind, and spirit—each dance embodying the soul’s unique rhythm.
