Join us on May 6th for a deeply restorative evening of Reiki and sound healing, a gentle yet powerful combination designed to support relaxation, energetic balance, and nervous system reset during this vibrant season of growth and renewal.

In early May, the natural world is alive with movement. Seeds are sprouting, blossoms are opening, and the energy of the Earth is rising upward and outward. This same seasonal rhythm is unfolding within us as well, inviting expansion, clarity, creativity, and new beginnings.

During this immersive experience, Kelsey will be offering Reiki while Gabrielle accompanies the session with soothing sound healing using a variety of instruments, including the Chinese Chau gong, 432hz singing crystal bowls, savram storm box, crystal harp, therapy harp, and various chimes. As the sound bath unfolds, Reiki energy will be shared throughout the room and with participants individually, supporting the natural flow of energy within the body.

Both Reiki and sound healing offer many physical, emotional, and spiritual benefits. Each supports deep relaxation and energetic balance in its own way. When experienced together, they naturally amplify one another, creating a supportive space where the body can soften, the mind can quiet, and the whole system can return toward harmony. Together, they create a spacious environment where many people experience deep rest, emotional clearing, renewed energy, and a gentle reconnection with themselves and the rhythms of the season.
