About this Event

Do you often find yourself suppressing your anger? When anger goes unexpressed, it can surface as anxiety, burnout and self-blame. Yet, anger is not something to fear, it is a powerful emotional signal.

This talk will explore where female range comes from, why so many women are conditioned to silence it and how to better recognise it. We will explore the psychological roots of anger, and how early social and relational conditioning shapes how safely we feel able to express it. Walk away with practical guides to recognise, regulate and communicate anger constructively. Join Dr Suglani to find out why your rage has been hiding, and how to work with it consciously.

Doors open at 6:30pm, last entry at 7pm, talk starts at 7.30pm - come down early to grab a good seat!
