EmpowerHER Festival - Supporting Athletes around the Menstrual Cycle

A seminar style workshop which will centre around what the research says on how female athletes can be impacted by the menstrual cycle (both physiologically and psychologically) and then translating that into applied practice. The focus will be on how coaches can support athletes on all things menstrual health and will be beneficial both for athletes (of any level - including gen pop who do unstructured physical activity!) and coaches.
