A guided conversation exploring how men experience, carry, and process grief - beyond just loss through death.
About this Event

Grief is often associated with the loss of a loved one.

But for many men, it goes beyond that.

It can come from the end of a relationship, missed opportunities, changes in identity, or unresolved parts of life. Many men were never taught how to understand or express these experiences, so instead of being explored, they’re often carried quietly.

This event creates space to reflect on that.

Through a guided conversation, we’ll explore how grief shows up in men’s lives, how it’s experienced, and what it means to begin understanding it.
