Overview
In this webinar, Dr. Yu-Ling (Abby) Chang, the author of a recently published article in the Human Resource Development Review (SSCI) journal, will discuss an innovative framework that integrates Artificial Intelligence (AI), Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG), and Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) criteria. This framework provides HR professionals with guidelines to elevate their practice from implementing AI-enabled people analytics to Socially Responsible AI (SRAI)-empowered people analytics. The focus will be on respecting human agency, preventing harm, and improving sustainability to ensure AI benefits.

Dr. Yu-Ling (Abby) Chang earned her PhD in Workforce Education and Development and Counselor Education at Penn State University, specializing in Human Resource Development, Organization Development, and Career Development. With degrees in Economics and Psychology plus twelve years of industrial experience in talent assessment, training and development, and talent acquisition. Yu-Ling possesses a diverse expertise that allows her to advance the fields of HRD and OD through interdisciplinary knowledge. Her recent work focuses on leveraging people analytics and artificial intelligence (AI) to empower individuals and organizations to thrive and excel as unique beings.
