About this Event
Chef J. Kevin Storm, CEC, CCA, AAC, executive chef, Persimmon Woods Golf Club in Weldon Spring, Missouri, was the manager of ACF Culinary Team USA. Chef Storm was responsible for overseeing the 2024 team as it took part in various international competitions. Every four years, the best chefs from around the world come together at Internationale Kochkunst Ausstellung (IKA) in Germany, where they compete for their nation to win gold, silver and bronze medals in a variety of categories. Chef Kevin and his team went on to win silver at these 2024 Culinary Olympics.
As luck would have it the junior team is practicing for competition right now and Chef Storm will bring them here to give you a front row seat to how real culinary competitions are done. You will watch, chef may do some demos, learn a ton about behind the scenes, and you will get to enjoy the menu they are practicing and will compete with. Chef Storm along with the chef coaches will all be together to support our junior team and I hope you will join us to do the same. Here is the incredible competition menu:
