A Night of Radical Compassion & Remembering Love: A Ho’oponopono FREE Community Meditation
Remembering Love: A Ho’oponopono FREE Community Meditation
There are moments in life when we don’t need more answers. We don’t need to become someone new or fix everything that feels broken. Sometimes, what we need most is a safe place to soften, to release what we’ve been carrying, and to remember the love that has always been here.
Join us for a free evening of reflection, compassion, and presence as we gather in community for a guided meditation inspired by a contemporary adaptation of the Ho’oponopono practice.
Ho’oponopono is a traditional Hawaiian practice of reconciliation, compassion, and restoring harmony. Over time, contemporary adaptations have introduced the practice to people around the world in new ways. While this gathering is not a traditional Hawaiian ceremony, it is offered with deep respect for the wisdom, culture, and lineage from which it originates.
Together we will reflect on these 4 simple phrases that have become widely associated with the contemporary Ho'oponopono-inspired meditation: I’m sorry. Please forgive me. Thank you. I love you. We’ll gently explore forgiveness, not as forgetting or excusing harm, but as an invitation to release what keeps our hearts bound and reconnect with ourselves through compassion.
There is nothing you need to believe. Nothing you need to achieve. Nothing you need to fix before you arrive. Simply come as you are.
Whether you are carrying grief, resentment, uncertainty, or simply longing for a moment of peace, you are welcome here. Together, we’ll create a space to breathe, witness what is present, and remember the love that remains beneath it all.
This gathering is offered freely to our community in the spirit of connection, compassion, and shared humanity.
*This meditation is inspired by contemporary Ho’oponopono practices and is offered with deep respect for the Native Hawaiian people and the rich cultural and spiritual traditions from which Ho’oponopono originates. We honor that traditional Ho’oponopono is a sacred communal practice with deep cultural significance and recognize that this gathering is not a substitute for or representation of that tradition.
