Allow your true voice to express your creativity and personal truth through journal prompts. This is an opportunity to let go of any narrative or story you have been carrying that is contributing to suffering in your life.

About the Facilitators:
Sean Smetana
Sean has been exploring meditation and spiritual practices over the last few years and has found comfort and balance in a variety of practices including Kriya Yoga, shamanic practices, tantric practices, Reiki, HeartMath, and sound healing. He feels called to be an anchor of light, and be a grounding divine masculine presence, as the divine feminine comes back into balance. He lives in Grayslake with his three children.
