Join Megan and D for a fun class of yoga, creative movement, and mindfulness! There will be games, partner yoga, hula hoops, handstands, mindfulness, affirmations, and more! Activities are designed to empower children to feel confident, honor their bodies, and celebrate the renewing energy of spring.

This 90-minute program designed for children ages 6 - 12 years old (1st - 6th grade). It is a family-friendly event. Parents are welcome to hang in the yoga space, relax in the common space, or leave and come back.
Entry is $20 per child, and $5 off for additional children from the same household. A separate account must be used for each child to register. Contact [email protected] for details.
