To experience some of that, come join Mareille and Grietje on Sunday 12th of January at Volkshotel, VolksYoga for a special event: A Journey of Movement and Mantra! This special yoga session combines grounding movement and the uplifting power of mantras. Mareille teaches the vinyasa yoga class and Grietje will guide you through a mantra and meditation experience. Together, we’ll embrace the essence of community (Sangha)—connecting, supporting, and singing mantras accompanied by the Indian harmonium: SanghaSang!
