About this Event

I enjoy morning meditations. Aside from helping me have a clearer head as I start the day, I find that it helps me stay more present during the day.

As much as I enjoy my solitary practice, there is a lot to be said for growing together with others.

My husband and I would like to open up our home to others who are interested in group sittings. Please do bring your own meditation cushions, and shawls, if needed.
