This cacao ceremony is an invitation to return to your center amidst heightened emotions, insights, and energetic intensity. Rather than pushing or performing under the moon’s brightness, we’ll create a grounded, embodied space to meet what is present with clarity and compassion.

Through ceremonial cacao, guided somatic practice, breath, and reflective inquiry, you’ll be supported in integrating recent experiences, releasing what no longer aligns, and anchoring yourself back into your inner coherence.
