A Day of Mindfulness Practice - October 26, 2024

Thank you for your interest in A Day of Mindfulness Practice on Saturday, Oct 26, 2024 from 7am to 5pm at Vietnam Buddhist Center - Meditation Hall.

Check-in will start at 7 am. Please plan to be settled inside the Meditation Hall no later than 7:20 am so that we can start the program promptly at 7:30 am. We really appreciate your punctuality to protect the calmness, peacefulness and serenity of the day for everyone.

If your plan changes at the last minute and you no longer are able to attend, please kindly cancel your reservation so that we can give your spot to others. Otherwise, we look forward to seeing you at the retreat!

7:30 - 8:00 Orientation & Meditation Instruction (inside Meditation Hall)

8:00 - 8:45 Sitting Meditation and Chanting

9:00 - 9:45 Walking Meditation

10:00 - 11:15 Dharma Talk, Topic "Our World is a Reflection of Our Mind "

11:30 - 12:30 Mindfulness Lunch

1:00 - 1:45 Deep Relaxation

2:00 - 3:45 Dharma Sharing

4:00 - 4:30 Sitting in Silence and Chanting

4:30 - 5:00 Feelings of the Day and Closing
