The influx of ICE is causing severe trauma and dislocation in our neighborhoods. Morningside Hills UCC invites you to a gathering-in-community this Saturday, January 17, at 4:00 pm for a simple service to share our grief, acknowledge our fears, express our pain, and guide our energies toward hope. We will honor the memory and legacy of Renee Nicole Good and others.Clinical psychologist Leni de Mik, PhD, will lead a guided meditation and candle lighting ceremony. She is a post-war immigrant who grew up in the Netherlands under Nazi occupation. Music will be provided by Reuben Correa (harp), Faith Helgeson (flute), and Dee Ban (vocals). Rev. Dr. Budd Friend-Jones will officiate. The church is located at 4201 Morningside Road, Edina. Street parking is available.
