We all naturally express, learn, and connect in different ways. But society suppresses our natural ways of being (as if we're robots). What if we lived in a world that CELEBRATED free, creative, and embodied expression - for everyone? Wouldn't that kind of authenticity support our wellness, foster deeper connection, and be more FUN? From there, we might build a world that works for ALL, who knows? Join me and let's find out what's possible together!
InterPlay is a coming together of humanity's most precious gifts: movement, music, stories, and wholesome connection through witnessing, listening, and PLAY. In this revolutionary time, being grounded and awake in our bodies benefits ourselves, our communities, and the movement. InterPlay taps us into our “body wisdom”, the intuition and strength that springs from being fully in your body and in the connective synergy of a group.
You are welcome to bring yourself HOWEVER you are - tired, grumpy, anxious, hyper, sad - or dealing with limitations of any kind. I seek to suit all energy levels, moods, and abilities in my facilitation. You can always choose to witness or adjust activities to best suit you.
If you desire, please bring your musical instrument!
We will be in the first room inside the 38th Street entrance. Please knock if you arrive later and the doors are closed!
This session is given freely with NO strings attached. No need to donate unless you are able and MOVED. Your money goes towards seeing this offering continue. (There are other ways to support Slow as well, just ask.) A portion of all donations will go towards Makoce Ikikcupi, a Minnesota project of recovering land for Dakota communities.
