Welcome to Your 9D Breathwork Journey!
If you choose the "two ticket for the price of one" option, you can take one friend with you!
Dear Participant,
I am thrilled to welcome you to the 9D Breathwork program!
You have taken a wonderful step towards enhancing your well-being, and we are excited to support you on this journey.
In our sessions, you will explore a very intense breathing techniques that can help you reduce stress, increase self-awareness, and promote emotional release.
Whether you are new to Breathwork or have prior experience, we believe you will find valuable insights and a sense of community here.

What to Bring:
Comfortable clothing, if you have your favorite eye mask, a journal to write down any insights, a water bottle, and an open mind!
Yoga Matts, Blankets, Pillows are provided.

A breathing session may not be suitable for you if you have the following conditions:
Cardiovascular problems, abnormally high blood pressure
Chronic Respiratory Conditions
History of Aneurisms, Epilepsy and seizures in the past
Anyone taking heavy medication
Severe psychiatric symptoms especially psychosis or paranoia, bipolar
Osteoporosis
Recent surgery
Glaucoma
Currently pregnant

People with asthma should bring their own inhaler and consult with their physician and breathing session instructor before participating.
People with Panic attack should consult with their physician and breathing session instructor before participating.
Anyone experiencing an emotional or spiritual crisis, with acute trauma or any person with a mental illness who is not in treatment or lacks adequate support.

People with Neurodivergence conditions as PTSD, ADHD, ASD, Sensory Sensitivities,
Please listen to a free example on the website to make sure that High Pitch Frequency sound is comfortable for you.
Please note, this list is not exhaustive and we generally advise that if you have a question about a condition you may have that is not listed here, you consult a physician before participating in these breathing sessions.

Dont recommend you to have a big meal few hours before the session.
We encourage you to arrive a little earlier to settle in and connect with other participants.

Cancellation policy
You can cancel your Session unto 24 hours before the start. After 50% of the full price will be charged.
