Sometimes the most powerful thing you can do is slow down.

Down Regulation & Regeneration is a gentle 47-minute 9D Breathwork journey designed to guide your body into deep relaxation, nervous system regulation, and emotional balance.

This experience is ideal for those who may be new to breathwork, feeling overwhelmed, or simply needing space to rest and reset.

To create a safe and supportive environment, this session is limited to just 12 participants, allowing everyone the space to fully relax and settle into the experience.

We will begin the evening with a grounding welcome and Blue Lotus tea ceremony, helping to calm the nervous system and gently ease you into the session.

You’ll then lie comfortably with headphones as you are guided through the immersive 9D Breathwork journey, using slow, deliberate breathing, powerful soundscapes, and guided techniques designed to activate the body’s natural “rest and restore” response.

Many people experience deep relaxation, emotional release, clarity, and a sense of coming back into balance.

After the journey, we’ll close with a small integration circle, giving you time to ground, reflect, and share your experience if you wish.
