This year's theme, Moving Across Generations, celebrates the importance of health, wellness, and connection across all stages of life. Whether you're a young adult, parent, caregiver, or senior, you'll find information, resources, and opportunities to help you live well and stay engaged in your community.

Special guest DaShaun Johnson, The Guru of Abs, will lead an exciting intergenerational fitness experience designed to get participants of all ages moving together.
The Community Health & Wellness Expo has served hundreds of residents each year by bringing together healthcare providers, nonprofit organizations, businesses, and community partners committed to improving health outcomes and increasing access to resources.
Admission is FREE and open to the public.
