Monroe, we’re kicking off the school year with joy, community, and STEM‑powered fun! The STEM United Back To School STEM Festival is all about lifting up our kids, celebrating their potential, and making sure they step into the new year feeling confident, supported, and excited.
Students ages 4 to 18 will dive into hands‑on STEM and STEAM activities that spark imagination and curiosity. Families can look forward to free backpacks and school supplies while they last, free haircuts and hairstyles, STEM activities, face painting, raffle prizes, a kids low‑impact fun fit workout with Hot Moy Fitness, and music from DJ Therapy keeping the energy high all afternoon.
We’re also proud to offer voter education for children and voter registration for ages 18 and up, helping build stronger civic awareness and empowering our community for generations to come.
And to make the day even more special, Deputy Barker will be onsite to greet the kids and share in the celebration.
Hosted by Well Woman LLC, FITNP2, INC, and Antwine Counseling Clinic, this festival is rooted in love for Monroe and a shared belief that every child deserves a bright, supported, and inspired start to the school year.
