Sound immersion in Caterham for relaxation and stress relief, held on 8/8, a point of fullness, presence, and quiet awareness.
About this Event

There are days that carry a different weight of attention.

Not because they are louder.
But because something feels more available within them.

8/8 is one of those thresholds.

A point in the year often associated with heightened awareness, presence, and the sense that more is already here than needs to be sought.

This session holds that quality.

Not as an idea to reach for, but as something to quietly meet.

Sound moves through the space as a steady presence.

Not leading. Not pushing.
Just unfolding.

You are invited into a slower rhythm of attention, where the body is no longer asked to organise or hold, but to soften into what is already present.

Guided through a subtle RETURN process, the system is supported in releasing held layers of tension and settling into a quieter sense of alignment.

Nothing is forced.
Nothing is required.
You simply arrive as you are.

There is nothing to complete here.

Only a gradual noticing of what remains when less is asked of you.

A slower arrival.
A longer close.
Time held generously on either side of the sound.

A warm herbal infusion will be offered as part of the close.

Following the sound immersion, there will be a gentle Heart-Led Integration, allowing awareness to settle from felt experience into quiet clarity.

Held in Caterham, in a calm setting designed to support spaciousness and inward attention.

What is a sound immersion?

You’ll be lying down comfortably while layers of sound move gently through the room.

Using instruments such as Tibetan singing bowls and other resonant tones, the space becomes a steady field of sound to rest within.

What to bring

Anything you need to lie comfortably, a yoga or exercise mat, blanket, and a cushion or pillow if you prefer.

Water is recommended, and you’re welcome to bring a journal for anything that may want to be noted afterwards.

Chairs are available for those who prefer to remain seated.
