SOURDOUGH FROM SCRATCH
Curious about sourdough but not sure where to start? This beginner-friendly class takes you step by step through the entire process, from creating and feeding a starter to mixing, shaping, and baking your very own crusty loaf. We’ll demystify the science, share tricks for success at home, and get your hands in the dough so you can feel confident tackling sourdough on your own. Whether you’re brand new or have just dabbled, you’ll leave with the know-how (and the starter!) to keep baking long after class ends. We will also serve a light savory snack to go with all that delicious bread!
