Join @butterflysoundhealing for a blissful 75-minute outdoor yin yoga & sound bath session at Balboa Park in San Diego, CA. We'll focus on slowing down, stretching deeply with gentle movement, and restoring our mind-body connection with the helpful energy of sound healing.

My goal is to help bring peace, tranquility and community connection. 😊

☁️ Bring: Yoga mat and water. Option to bring a blanket and bolster/pillow for additional support.

Be mindful of weather dependant needs — warm season: sunscreen, hats, items to shade yourself ~ chilly season: extra layers for warmth

The event will include:

✨ Oracle cards & aura mist

🌬️ Pranayama / Breath-work

🪷 Gentle yin yoga session

🎶 Sound bath with various healing instruments (crystal quartz bowls, swinging chimes, koshi chimes, ocean drum).

📍 LOCATION: We will meet on the grass at Balboa Park on 6th Ave between Juniper Rd and Kalmia St.

PARKING: There is an abundance of parking up and down Balboa Drive and Juniper Road.

I will lead you through a gentle yin yoga session, helping your body create space for fresh movement of energy as we'll breathe mindfully together. You'll be immersed in the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls and a variety of other instruments, as you relax and let go of stress. This in-person event offers a unique opportunity to connect with nature, your community and rejuvenate your mind, body, and soul.
