We’re inviting you to our next 7SS Social on April 7th at 6:30 PM. Join us at Victoria Park as we run over to Hawrelak Park. All skill levels are welcome, whether you’re looking for an extra push toward your goals or training for the upcoming race season.We will move our bodies for 1 hour. Nobody left behind.
We are sticking to paved paths/ trails as the spring melt will hopefully be upon us.
We might just be bringing some of your favourite chocolate energy bars to keep everyone fuelled. 👀
Important to note:
- ALL PACES welcome! We will have different groups for different paces. If you're a beginner - this is your sign to show up and join us on your journey.
- Remember your lights/ headlamps. Although the days are getting longer, we will still likely finish at dusk.
- Dress accordingly as the temperatures have still been wildly fluctuating.
