What's included in your registration fee?

• 8 run-related info talks on Tuesdays
• 16 guided run sessions along with strength & mobility exercise & warm-up guidance (every Tuesday and Thursday from Apr. 28 - June 18, 2026)
• 1 exclusive 3K-5K celebration run/race during the last session on June 18, 2026
• Celebration run medal
• Journaling guidance (optional, but encouraged)
• Empowerment/guidance from certified Fitness Alberta fitness leaders & experienced female runners
• Community connection with other women within the program

Who should register for this program?

• Adults (18+) who identify as women.
• This is a women’s only registered group for all sessions. No drop-ins allowed.
• Women who are new to running or have had a long break since they last ran.
• Women who are physically able to walk briskly for 25-30mins.
• Participants should be in good basic physical health with a required PARQ health waiver.
• Any pre-existing health conditions or injuries should be cleared by a medical professional before joining the program.
• No dogs or pets allowed.
