A five-week Prenatal Mat Pilates course designed to support you through pregnancy with safe, effective movement that builds strength, eases aches, and helps you feel confident in your changing body.

Each week, you’ll be guided through pregnancy-safe Reformer exercises by our women’s health–trained instructors, with a strong focus on breath, core and pelvic floor support, posture, and mobility. With small group classes, you’ll receive personalised guidance and reassurance in a calm, supportive environment.
