In this hands-on class, you’ll explore a menu inspired by classic Mediterranean dishes—bringing together bright citrus, fresh herbs, and bold, satisfying flavors. Learn techniques you can easily recreate at home and bring a taste of the Mediterranean to your own kitchen.
