Explore the mysterious tastes, textures and aromas of Indian cooking as you take an up-close cooking tour. In addition to cooking fabulously flavorful Indian fare, you’ll learn about the exotic and aromatic spices employed in Indian cuisine and discover some of the interesting ingredients that may be unfamiliar to Western palates.

All the hits, made entirely from scratch!

• Vegetable Samosa with Raita
• Warm Buttery Garlic Naan
• Basmati Rice Pilaf
• Saag (Creamy Spinah Saute)
• Chicken Tikka Masala
• Kheer (Rice Pudding) with Pistachios and Dried Fruit
