In this 5-week Moon Yoga Series, we will flow through yoga practices inspired by the phases of the moon, aligning with the Maramataka (Māori lunar calendar).
Each week, we will explore the unique energy of a different moon phase, moving through Moon Salutations and grounding sequences that nurture the body, mind, and spirit.
This series offers a journey of connection, reflection, and balance. Inviting deeper awareness and honouring the natural cycles within and around you.
Moon Yoga help to come more in tune with the natural bio rhythm and seasons, and to embody the wisdom of the moon.
Suitable for all levels, including beginners.

This series will be facilitated by Carme Aguayo. Carme infuses her life and practices with Bhakti, spiritual devotion and beauty. With over 10 years of yoga practice and training in Embodied Flow, she is devoted to empowering and supporting women on their journey of self-love and acceptance. Her offerings are crafted to help reconnect with the wisdom of the body through nourishment and self-care. She invites curiosity to honour and move within the uniqueness of your own body-mind, with full agency, and in support of the nervous system.
