Back for our 5th year with an impressive line-up of sound and entertainment, our family-friendly music festival has something for everyone!
The Gates are opening—and the soundtrack is set! The United Irish Cultural Center of San Francisco proudly presents the 5th Annual Rock the Gates Summer Fleadh on Saturday, August 29, 2026!
Get ready for an unforgettable day of Celtic rock, classic rock, tribute favorites, Irish music, jazz, dancing, food, family fun, and more across three stages at the Irish Center.
From 1 PM until 10 PM, Rock the Gates brings the energy to San Francisco’s Outer Sunset—just steps from Ocean Beach and the SF Zoo. Bring the whole family: kids under 18 are free with an adult!

**JUST ADDED** Irish Mini Camp for ages 6-10!
We are thrilled to welcome Alli Decker as the Director of our first-ever Irish Mini Camp at the 5th Annual Rock the Gates Summer Fleadh! Building on the massive success of our signature UICC Irish Camp, Alli is stepping up to curate a vibrant, dedicated space for our younger crowd ages 6–10.
While the main stages are rocking with incredible musical acts, Alli will transform the St. Patrick’s Room into a bustling hub of youth culture and tradition. Under her direction, children will immerse themselves in the spirit of Ireland through a packed schedule of traditional crafts, Irish folklore storytelling, face-painting, high-energy activities, entertainment, and a bounce house. Alli is deeply passionate about introducing the next generation to the beauty of Irish heritage, ensuring they have an unforgettable, fun-filled experience while the rest of the building roars with Celtic pride!
