Youth in Arts' 5th Annual C Street Celebration is back — and this year we're doing something exciting for the first time ever: joining the HeadsUp Carnival at San Rafael High School!
Same great celebration of student creativity and community arts you know and love — brand new location with even MORE to explore!
✅ All Youth in Arts activities are FREE, including:
🎭 Student Performances
🖍️ Children's Avenue Chalk Painting
🎵 'Til Dawn A Cappella Concert
🎨 Collaborative Mural Project
Plus enjoy food & drink from carnival vendors on site (some carnival activities may have additional costs).
