The United Irish Cultural Center of San Francisco is proud to sponsor the 3rd Annual Marin Irish Festival & Céilí on the Lake Championship, a joyful Beltane-inspired celebration of Irish culture, community, and tradition.
Set against the beautiful lakeside backdrop of Lagoon Park, the Marin Irish Festival welcomes people of all ages and backgrounds to experience the unifying magic of Irish music, dance, food, drink, and craft. With six stages of live entertainment, artisan vendors, traditional foods, sheepdog demonstrations, falconry, and a lively lakeside pub, the weekend promises something for everyone.
Céilí on the Lake Championship
A highlight of the weekend is the Céilí on the Lake Championship, a two-day Irish dance competition presented in conjunction with the Jackie Flynn Academy of Irish Dance. This spirited championship brings together dancers, families, and fans to celebrate the precision, power, and joy of traditional Irish céilí dancing in a truly spectacular lakeside setting.

Be sure to stop by the UICC Tent, a vibrant hub of Irish culture and learning, featuring:
• Keepers of the Steps pop-up exhibit celebrating the history and legacy of Irish step dancing
• The Dowling Library, sharing Irish history, literature, and heritage
• Irish treats and gifts from the UICC Irish Shoppe
• A full lineup of cultural programming, including Irish dance performances, Irish language activities, children’s story time, Irish crafts, and more

The festival is presented by Red Barn Productions, producers of the Great Dickens Christmas Fair and the original Renaissance Pleasure Faire.
