Experience the transformative power of the 5Rhythms practice in our welcoming and inclusive environment.
What to expect:
In a 5Rhythms® class, you'll experience a dynamic movement practice that allows you to explore the natural rhythms of your body. The class is divided into five distinct rhythms—Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical, and Stillness—each offering a different energy and movement style.
No dance experience is required; the practice is open to everyone, regardless of fitness level. You'll be guided through the rhythms, and encouraged to move freely, in your own way, without judgement or expectation.
Expect to connect with your body, release tension, express emotions, and discover a sense of freedom through movement. The space is supportive, allowing you to explore your own journey at your own pace.

Developed by Gabrielle Roth and practiced by tens of thousands worldwide, 5Rhythms® is more than just a movement practice—it's a philosophy, perspective, and dynamic movement practice rooted in the principle that if you put the psyche in motion it will heal itself.
Anna's Journey:
Anna discovered 5Rhythms in 2018, and its profound impact led her to embark on the Teacher Training journey in 2023. Anna is passionate about bringing people back into their bodies and tapping into their innate intelligence through conscious movement.
