A 5-Hour Journey Into Wordless Presence, Sound, and Soul
During the retreat, the resonance of the sound healing instruments will be a near continuous presence throughout the space. You are free to move around the studio or spend time resting on your bed or lounger, whichever feels most supportive to you.
This is a silent retreat, so verbal communication will be foregone. We highly recommend turning off or putting away all technology, including cell phones, to fully immerse in the experience.
We have multiple sound baths scheduled, including our Winter Soundbath, Shamanic Journeying Soundbath, and Celestial Soundbath featuring the Theremin. During the sound baths, you may choose to rest deeply or quietly move to different stations or engage in gentle movement as you feel called.
A breathwork session is also planned. Visual cues will be projected onto the ceiling to guide your inhale and exhale, accompanied by a curated, wordless playlist designed to support deep presence and flow.
The retreat also includes a cacao ceremony, where you will have the option to create your own cup of cacao. You will be silently guided through the process. When the ceremony begins, you may come forward in pairs to make your cup when you are handed a crystal. While your cacao is brewing, you may also play the singing bowls if you wish. Words will play through the speakers.
