Gentle Yoga • Human Design • Intentional Connection
Thursday, March 5 | 6:00–8:00pm (Check-in begins at 6pm)
An evening designed to help you quiet the noise, reconnect to your body, and make clearer decisions from a place of alignment.
What to Expect:
First, Amanda will guide you through a gentle yoga flow. Movement that will help you get out of your head and back into your body (tap into your intuitive movement). During this class, Amanda will focus on movement to engage your senses and chakras. Amanda will guide you through a whole body warm up to assist in your human design alignment. Amanda will set you up with thoughtful cues and postures. Amanda's soulful/laidback style of teaching will put you at ease whether it's your first or 100th yoga class! ALL bodies and all levels are welcome.
Next, we go into Human Design. You'll get a print of your personal Human Design chart (Birth Chart) and Erika will guide you through the signals your body is already sending you — your Type, Strategy, and Authority — the built-in system that tells you when something is aligned, when something is off, and how to move forward with less confusion and more clarity. Because most of us aren't lost. We're just in our own way!
Maybe you've gotten comfortable in the discomfort. You know something needs to shift — but you keep choosing what's familiar. This is your nudge. We're digging into it together, gently and honestly, with our favorite drink in hand.
**If this is your first time or you're coming back for more — there is more to uncover. You're welcome either way.
Your ticket includes:
- One drink ticket (hot tea, mocktail options, beer, wine, or prosecco)
- Yoga led by Amanda
- Human Design exploration led by Erika
- 30 minutes of open connection time for conversation, questions, or an early exit.
Please Bring:
- A yoga mat and any props to assist you practice
- Wear comfortable clothing you can move in
- A water bottle
- Your birth date, exact birth time, and birth location emailed to us before the event (required for your Human Design chart) *Before the workshop, we’ll need your birth details so Erika can prepare your personal Human Design chart. Please email with your birth date, exact birth time (as listed on your birth certificate — the closer to exact, the better), and birth location (city + state/country). Charts are created ahead of time so we can use our time together intentionally.
*Check-in begins at 6pm, YOGA will begin at 6:15pm.
About Amanda:
Amanda is a certified Yoga Instrcutor who discovered yoga over a decade ago, while working a fast paced, mentally and emotionally demanding job. Amanda began teaching yoga over 6 years ago and is passionate about bringing yoga everywhere she can. Indoors or outdoors, Amanda strives to bring community connection, exploration and a safe atmosphere at her various pop-up events with her business, Bloom & Bliss (Yoga. Events. Community.) Amanda focuses on creating a welcoming and inclusive space for all bodies. She will help guide you inward on your journey to balance your mind, body and soul. You can expect to warm up your whole body with thoughtful poses during one of her classes. Amanda’s favorite style of yoga is Vinyasa, but she also offers Yin, Restorative, SUP Yoga, sound healing and Yoga Nidra. About Erika:
Erika is a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and devoted student of Human Design who bridges body and energy in a grounded, real-life way. After years of deep personal study, she began integrating Human Design into her nutrition practice and saw how powerful it is when people understand their Inner Authority and clear out the noise—physically and energetically—that clouds decision making. Her work is about helping you reduce confusion, trust your body’s cues, and make clean, aligned choices for yourself—whether that’s what you’re eating or your next step in life.
