In this immersive class, we will gather to honor the four sacred elements: Earth, Air, Fire, and Water. Together we will explore the ceremonies that awaken relationship rather than symbolism, and learn how to invite these elemental forces into our daily rituals.
You will be guided through practices that deepen communication with each element as a conscious helper. This class is a remembrance. Come prepared to listen, to feel, and to reconnect with the ancient allies who have always been walking beside you.
The class will be approximately an hour, then there will be an approximately a 40 minute long element inspired sound journey on the vibro-acoustic sound beds and loungers.
