Join Vinay for a deep, embodied exploration of the Five Elements Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Ether and learn how they inform our yoga practice, teaching, and everyday life.
This immersive experience is designed for those who are curious about learning about the concept of 5 elements, weaving it practically into our practice for a long and sustainable yoga practice.
Whether you are a yoga teacher seeking fresh inspiration or a practitioner longing to deepen your practice, this immersion offers a grounded yet expansive container for learning, reflection, and transformation.
What this immersion offers :
-Element based asana & sequencing
-Pranayama & meditation aligned with each element
-The Five Elements through the lens of yoga philosophy
-Practical ways to integrate elemental wisdom into classes and self-practice
-Gain fresh inspiration for teaching and practice
All 90minute Master Classes will be held at 14h30-16h daily (9th-13th March)
