In this dynamic workshop, we will explore the yogic principle of “Tapas” the inner fire that fuels discipline, transformation and growth. Rooted in the yoga sutras, tapas invites us to cultivate the heat of effort, consistency and courage both on and off the mat.
Expect to build stability through the shoulders and core, awaken inner focus and learn how to take flight confidently.
This practical and experiential workshop is designed for those who want to deepen their inversion practice
through intelligent progressions, partner work, and hands-on assisting techniques, we’ll explore the foundations of safe inversions from Headstand and Forearm Balance to Handstand, focusing on alignment, strength, and nervous-system support.
You’ll learn:
-Anatomical principles of inverted postures and shoulder safety
-Progressive drills to build strength and mobility
-Understand you own unique alignment, you strengths and areas of improvement
-How to cultivate calm and clarity—on and off the mat
-This is a space for curiosity, connection, courage and personal transformation.
