The 4th Transformational Circle is a sacred, embodied experience dedicated to the heart chakra, Anahata — the space where love, compassion, and forgiveness live.
This gathering invites you to gently open the heart, release emotional burdens, and soften areas of protection or holding that may have formed through past experiences. Through guided practices, you’ll be supported to reconnect with love as an embodied state — not an idea, but something felt and lived through the body.
Using a blend of breath, somatic awareness, gentle energy work, guided meditation, and conscious group connection, this circle creates a safe and respectful space for emotional release, healing, and reconnection.
This is not about forcing forgiveness or bypassing pain. It’s about creating the conditions for the heart to open naturally, at its own rhythm, with care and presence.
