A focused 4‑week Hand Balance Intensive (4 sessions, once weekly, 3 hours each) that builds wrist prep, shoulder strength, alignment, wall-to‑freestanding progressions, and balance drills – each 3‑hour session follows a consistent warm‑up → skill blocks → conditioning → partner/coaching time → cooldown structure.
This plan emphasizes measurable progressions and daily homework between sessions to accelerate balance gains.
Primary goals: safe freestanding handstand hold, improved alignment, controlled entries/exits, and press/handstand conditioning.
Week 1 – Foundations
Focus: Wrist conditioning, Scapular control, Chest‑to‑wall alignment, Consistent kick‑ups.
Week 2 – Wall-to-freestanding volume
Focus: Small Shoulder/ Hip Adjustments, Fingertip Pressure, Controlled weight shifts.
Week 3 – Freestanding Volume
Focus: Increase wall-to-freestanding Attempts, Refine exits/cartwheels, Introduce press prep.
Week 4 – Integration & Performance
Focus: Combine holds, Cleaner entries, Conditioning Test(max holds, strength, and endurance)
