This 4 week course is perfect for you if you are just starting your yoga journey. It is aimed at those with no experience in yoga and want to join a class with people in the same situation.Throughout the course we will touch on the basic asanas (poses), Pranayama (breath work), and Savasana (relaxation). You should then feel prepared to join a class, start your personal practice or both!
There will be a maximum of ten people on the course.
The course is £40 for the 4 weeks. and starts on Monday 5th January at 730pm.
This Class is held at Joy Yoga Studio, Box Bush Farm, Summer Lane, West Wick, BS24 7TF, Weston Super Mare.
Mats are supplied but feel free to bring your own if you wish!
