About this Event

  • Time: 9:00 am to 12:00 pm
  • Location: Haywood County Extension Office (589 Raccoon Rd. Waynesville)
  • Ages: 10+ (youth aged 10-18)
  • All materials and snacks provided!


Camp Goals:

  1. We will learn about the basics of electricity
  2. We will learn about simple circuits, including switches
  3. We will learn about electrical parts including LEDs, resistors, and more
  4. We will make basic electric projects with copper tape and other materials
  5. We will work on basic soldering skills with an actual circuit board
