4-H Crochet Camp
Learn the basics of crochet and make a potholder in this fun one-day camp!

- Date: Tuesday, July 28th, 2026
- Time: 9:00 am to 3:00 pm
- Location: Haywood County Extension Office --- 589 Raccoon Rd. Waynesville
- Ages: 9-18
- All materials and snacks included!
- Everyone will receive a copy of the 4-H Crocheting Handbook and a crochet hook to take home with them!
- Campers will need to bring a bag lunch (we are a nut-free youth program)
Camp Goals
- Learn the basics of crochet (slip knot, chain stitch, single crochet)
- Learn the basics of reading a crochet pattern
- Make a crocheted potholder as their first project
